I have to say that the weather is the most important factor affecting rock fishing.
Wind direction and wind speed are one of the important influencing factors. Different wind directions have different impacts on the marine ecological environment.
Dongfeng is more common in winter. If the wind force is 4 to 5 winds, the east wind is easier to roll up the waves than other wind directions. The shore often encounters the huge waves rolled up by it, which hinders our rock fishing. If the wind blows continuously for several days, the color of the water will be whitish. Most of the fish in this kind of water environment are difficult to make them come to the nest, and it is conceivable to catch them. However, in some fishing spots with light color and clear water, there are generally few fish that swim back and forth. When encountering east winds of fourth and fifth level, they will approach with the help of wind waves and white water depth. There are quite a lot of swells and waves from the east wind. In the eastward direction of each island, the traces of cruising on the reef can always be observed, and the fishing position under this wind is relatively deep.
Relatively speaking, the intensity of the south wind is relatively small. The south wind that does not reach level 4 or higher will generally not hinder the rock fishing. Due to the high water content in the south wind, one can imagine the abundance of nutrients and microorganisms. Naturally, some small and medium-sized fish will follow and hunt more than 5 levels, which are relatively safe. Above level 5, it is very likely to roll up big waves.
West wind Generally speaking, there are few positive westerly winds, and generally the southwest wind is mostly. When the southwest wind blows, the nearshore water is brownish and turbid, but in this respect, it is really good for fishing, but this kind of water is weak and will gradually leave the coastline. The southwest wind is not inferior to the northeast wind. Although southwest winds above level 6 are rare in summer, they should not be taken lightly once encountered. The north wind is very cold and the water is very clear. At this time, plankton that is afraid of cold will leave. As the water temperature drops, it is the time for many fish families to lay eggs and mate. The warmer northerly wind is very popular with everyone, but there are few positive northerly winds, and the northeasterly winds are generally more frequent. The east wind is powerful, so the northeast wind is often not suitable for fishing. Different wind directions and speeds have different effects on rock fishing. However, the environment with no wind and no waves lacks some form of conditions for big fish to hunt, which is also not conducive to fishing. Therefore, we must grasp the calmness of the waves and the degree of the huge waves, and decide whether to go fishing or not according to our own circumstances.
